Service from the very disrespectful owner, steals the assiette expected since 2:30 to serve the other nationality who have just arrived and leaves his daughter alone in front of customers very angry. Who forbids him the tip that is left him and makes him pay for the plates he took from him.

Good food but no service in 30min. Once ordered, we had to go see them to get our entrees. The service for the main meals was even longer !!The staff were nice, they often apologized and I think they lacked staff! Never have your Christmas party in the back room: our group and another group of colleagues the day before kept our coats throughout the meal hour, despite lots of heaters plugged in everywhere! Besides, the circuit breakers landed regularly. When the waitress wanted to turn on the power, she had to hold the electrical panel. It's very dangerous. We all left immediately after eating ... completely frozen.The waitress 5⭐️; she did everything to accommodate us.

It's expensive and not that good, the atmosphere was ok. I asked for the blue teriyaki steak, it arrived blue but it was put on a hot cast iron plate, so it did not stay blue Ben long. I really do not like going there.

I found the service slow. We were served 2 plates out of 4 and the 2 others arrived 15 minutes later.It took 20 minutes to receive our menus.Our waiter lacks professionalism, fingering with customers. Maybe a need for training, coaching ?!I left a note to the owner on the bill and handed it to the server. The owner did not come to apologize or explain.The quality of the food is correct.
